WHO WE ARE.
FAM was established in October 2020 as a non-profit, family-based private foundation by Ana Mendonça. It was created in honor of her father, Pedro Mendonça, and his deep passions for the sea and humanity.
A WORLD WHERE EVERYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE A JUST AND HEALTHY LIFE IN HARMONY WITH THEIR COMMUNITY AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
WHAT WE DO.
The FAM Foundation invests in various areas with different scopes, encompassing social and environmental impact innovations, recognizing outstanding individuals through personality, musical, and sports awards, providing integrated institutional scholarships, and addressing emerging global urgencies.
WHY WE DO.
The FAM Foundation will prioritize its efforts towards selected Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations in 2015. It aims to support initiatives or organizations that have the potential to create positive environmental and social impacts through its funding.
